Returns
I want you to be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please let me know within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

All damages must be reported to me by telephone or email within 24 hours of receipt.
My terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds
Refunds will only be applicable where I am deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. A refund will be issued strictly at my discretion.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me by email or telephone within 24hours of the receipt of your goods. I reserve the right to issue refunds other than at the time of delivery.

Personal Data
Any personal data received by myself will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and for promotional activity. I will not share your details with any third party.

Customers may unsubscribe from the mailing list be sending a blank email with “unsubscribe” in the subject box to info@adornmentjewellery.co.uk

Payment Information Your credit card details are not stored by me. Card details are securely delivered to my bank via a secure online payment gateway.

All payments are to be taken in uk pounds sterling (GBP) To view current exchange rates contact your bank or visit an online currency converter. I cannot accept responsibility for any information provided by external websites.

Post and Packaging All of my jewellery and accessories are packaged in white tissue paper sealed with an elegant Adornment sticker. Alternatively, you can choose from my range of gift boxes for a small additional fee.

A gift box will protect and display your piece of jewellery and will make a gift extra special.

Please note that some items come with a gift box included in the price. I will endeavour to deliver your order within seven working days, however please allow up to 28 days.

Postage is free on all orders!
